Depends. For example, our La Luna Decaf and Chiminea Espresso Blends demand a hand-crafted mix of different types of sources and regions to create the experience of that blend.
Coffees like Las Cavas Colombian and La Costa Salvadorian are both single-origin because, well, its all in the name.
What does Fair-Trade mean, exactly?
